Shipping Policy
Every order is delicately packaged and quality-checked at GulSaaz before being shipped.
Orders usually get shipped five to seven business days after the order confirmation date. Depending on your location, the availability of couriers, the weather, public holidays, and other uncontrollable factors, delivery schedules may change.
You will receive tracking information via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other contact information you supplied when placing your transaction.
Initial placing the order, please make sure that your phone number, mailing address, and order details are right. We might not be able to alter or reroute the package once it has been shipped.
Any additional shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility if a package is returned because of an inaccurate address, incomplete address, customer unavailability, or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
If it looks like the shipment has been tampered with or is damaged, please refuse the delivery. Take crisp pictures or videos of the package in this situation, then get in touch with us right once.
