Product Information:
We make every effort to accurately portray our products, including color, fabric, design, texture, price, and description.
However, minor differences may arise due to screen brightness, device settings, photography lighting, fabric texture, weaving, handwork, zari work, or artisanal craftsmanship.
These natural variances are not considered faults. They contribute to the originality and beauty of handcrafted and ethnic products.
Pricing and Payments
Until specified, all pricing on the website is in Indian rupees.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice. The price that applies to your order will be the price displayed at the moment of order confirmation.
Payments can be made using the payment alternatives listed on our website, including UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking, wallets, and other payment methods supported by our payment partner.
We do not keep critical payment information such as full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or banking passwords.
Order Confirmation.
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other contact information you supplied.
Placing an order does not ensure final acceptance. GulSaaz retains the right to cancel or deny any order due to product unavailability, pricing problems, payment issues, incorrect client information, suspected fraud, or other operational cause.
Once GulSaaz cancels a prepaid order, we will reimburse the applicable amount in accordance with our refund policy.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched according to our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate name, address, phone number, and delivery information. GulSaaz is not liable for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or insufficient information provided by the customer.
Exchange, Return, and Refunds
Before being shipped, every GulSaaz product is thoroughly inspected.
We do not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, color choice, pattern preference, fabric expectation, improper order placement by the client, or slight color variance caused by screen/display settings.
Only if the consumer receives a damaged or defective product can they exchange it.
Refunds are only valid if the product received is damaged or defective and the claim is approved by GulSaaz.
To obtain an exchange or refund for a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: support@gulsaaz.com
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
Customers are asked to provide clear images and videos of the damaged product and packaging. Unboxing videos are recommended for faster verification.
Cancellations
Once you place an order, we will process it as soon as possible.
Cancellations will be allowed only if the order has not been processed, packed, or shipped.
